Member of Communications Department - FTU Forum Organization 

This is a student organization, in charge of student recruitment events and managing the official media pages of Foreign Trade University, under the management of the Training Management Department of Foreign Trade University. My responsibilities:
- Manage FTU Forum's social media platforms: Facebook pages (Diễn đàn sinh viên Trường Đại học Ngoại thương FTU Forum - 120k followers, Tuyển sinh Trường Đại học Ngoại thương - 51k followers,...), Youtube Channel (FTU FORUM - 7.65k subscribers).
- Brainstorm ideas, create communication plans for each event and ensure content is posted according to the proposed timeline and concept, design and shoot for image posts, track reach, and evaluate content for later improvement.
- Cooperate with other staff to organise Recruitment Events for the university ( FTU Open Tour, Bách Khoa Open Day, FTU Open Day,...)

  • Achievement: Won the Golden Brand of the Year prize and The Best of Vietnam prize after only 1 year of operation, thanks to its impressive CSR activities. Successfully expanded the business's portfolio to more than 40 products for 3 different segments.

  •  Responsibilities: Focus on building and enhancing the overall brand image and identity. Plan and execute campaigns specifically aimed at promoting and strengthening the brand. Implement strategies to increase brand loyalty and equity. Design product packaging and work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure that individual products align with the overall brand strategy.
